Insured transport is voluntary; the decision to insure or not is entirely up to the shipper. When insuring transport, the shipper must indicate "Insured Transport" in the "Shipper's Records" section of the waybill and specify the actual price of the entire shipment in the "Cargo Price" section. The insurance fee must be paid simultaneously with the transport fee.

The entire shipment must be insured; insuring only a portion of a shipment is not permitted. For goods with different insurance rates, when shipped as a single shipment, the goods name and actual price must be filled in separately on the waybill, and the insurance fee will be calculated separately for each.

When goods with different insurance rates are combined, the highest insurance rate applies.

Full coverage is mandatory; only with full coverage will full compensation be received.
