1. Shippers must complete an international cargo consignment note and provide all relevant transportation information and documents.

 

2. Shippers are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all information and documents provided in the cargo consignment note.

 

3. Goods consigned by shippers must comply with the laws, regulations, and rules of the countries of origin, transit, and destination, as well as all relevant airline transportation regulations.

 

4. Before consigning goods, shippers must complete all necessary customs, health, and quarantine procedures at the port of origin.

 

5. When consigning perishable goods, live animals, valuables, dangerous goods, goods with time restrictions, or large quantities of goods, shippers must book flights, dates, and tonnage with the cargo department in advance and complete the consignment procedures at the airport receiving department at the agreed time.
