1. Shippers should complete a domestic cargo consignment note and present their resident ID card or other valid identification document to the freight forwarding department or its agent to complete the consignment procedures. If the freight forwarding department or its agent requires the shipper to provide a letter of introduction from their company or other valid proof, the shipper should also provide it.

2. When consigning perishable goods, live animals, urgent items, or goods with time restrictions, shippers should book flights, dates, and tonnage with the freight forwarding department in advance and complete the consignment procedures at the agreed time and place.

3. Shippers consigning goods subject to government-restricted transportation or requiring procedures from public security, quarantine, or other relevant government departments should attach valid supporting documents.

4. Shippers are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all information and documents provided in the cargo consignment note.

5. Shippers consigning goods with different transportation conditions or goods that cannot be transported together due to their nature should complete separate cargo consignment notes.
